I485 transferred from TSC to NBC, MO. My I485 was applied a year back (May'21) and couple of weeks back I got a notice stating that "In Order to Speed up processing we transferred your application/petition to following USCIS office for processing" and I see the NBC , Lee's Summit MO address given. Its an EB based I485 & I already have my EAD&AP. . Kiplinger

My i-140 got approved in May and I485 finally got transferred out of Nebraska to NBC on August 25. Yesterday I notice my I-131 status got updated to “fingerprints were applied to your case”, it has always been “Fees were waived” since I filed it in February, so I am wondering if this indicates anything? . Trying tJan 12, 2021 · Hi, I received a receipt mid-December that mentions my case has been transferred from Nebraska Service Center to the National Benefits Center, Lee's Summit, MO, even though I live in Chicago. I noticed that the USCIS processing-times page doesn't list NBC at Missouri as an option. The only connection I see is that I-485 is being sent to the same USCIS service center which has my I-140 under processing. I don't know on what basis my attorney sent my I-485/I-765/I-131 to National Benefit Center in Missouri. While the I-485 was transferred, I-131 & I-765 continues to be with NBC.May 10, 2022 · Concurrent filling (I-140 premium) on Aug 2021, transferred to NBC 19th April.
