For the clips with filters, I can decompose in place no problem. Clips with speed changes will not decompose (menu item greyed out). I can export .wav files just fine. I still can’t explain why both on DaVinci 16 and 17b9, which are on separate computers, I was having the exact same issue. If I figured out what caused it, I will update again. In your case, it's happening because you selected BMD video in the gamma field; raw gamma settings are no longer available with that choice. You're not using either RCM or ACEs. Change that gamma setting to BMD Film. Then the controls should be available. Be aware that only the studio version of Resolve includes access to all OFX plugins. If you have the free version, you might not be able to use that sharpen plugin. However you can use the built in sharpen/ blur options. The icon next to the tracker opens up the blur/mist/sharpen tool.It seems that if you had two nodes connected via a layer mixer, then deleted the layer mixer and plugged one of the nodes directly into the Main Output, Davinci Resolve will glitch and the nodes will turn gray (and any adjustments to the nodes will have no effect). If its greyed out with the recycle logo.. you may have a GPU resource issue. Lets start with one node first and make sure you can select that. Then add a second and see if that works. Peter.
