Remove the cover and you should see the motor sticking out about mid way up. Looks like there are only 3 screws/bolts and one electrical connection. Should be pretty easy and straight forward to do. The AC/heat mechanicals for the 2nd and 3rd row-- are located in that rear quarter panel.... so removing the inner plastic panel is probably your best bet.
