The 335i with the N55 engine offers 300hp and 300tq while the 340i comes in at 320hp and 330tq. The cell count isn't really the issue but rather the cat used. Fabspeed which is CEL guaranteed uses a 200cell cat and is sold for $2K. AA is a 400cell cat and is sold for ~$1500. It made a decent difference on my X3M. I felt it more going backwards (taking it off and going to stock) vs putting it on.
